📋 Treehouse Techdegree
A case study of the Treehouse Techdegree, an online coding bootcamp with around 1,000 students enrolled at any given time. I designed the portfolio projects and rubrics, trained and managed a contractor mentor team, and ran the feedback loops that kept the program improving.
